How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app โ tap your Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ Hunt'n Buddy Eats โ Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open Hunt'n Buddy Eats โ tap your profile icon โ "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The app isn't loading recipes โ what should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, check your internet connection and make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store.
I was charged but my Pro access isn't showing.
Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app. If it still doesn't work after restoring, email us at
support@huntnbuddy.com with your Apple ID and we'll fix it right away.
Can I use the app on iPad?
Yes โ Hunt'n Buddy Eats supports iPhone and iPad. Download from the App Store on any iOS device running iOS 16 or later.
I forgot my password / can't log in.
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen to receive a reset link by email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same sign-in method.
