These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hunt'n Buddy Eats mobile application ("App") operated by Wrapped Too Tight Inc ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Hunt'n Buddy Eats provides AI-generated wild game recipes for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the App's source code
• Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the App
• Share your account credentials with others

2. Accounts

You may create a free account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Notify us immediately at support@huntnbuddy.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

The App offers a free tier with limited recipe generations and a Pro subscription tier with unlimited access. Free tier users receive 3 recipe generations to start. Additional features are available to Pro subscribers as described in the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Hunt'n Buddy Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription available in monthly and annual plans. By subscribing:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Recipes generated by the App are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any recipe for your specific circumstances. Always use good judgment when preparing food, and consult a professional for dietary or allergy concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including the interface, branding, and technology, is owned by Wrapped Too Tight Inc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated recipes produced during your session are for your personal use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrapped Too Tight Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@huntnbuddy.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
